We seek experienced employees from the Petroleum Refining, GTL (Gas to Liquids), LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas), Chemical Processing, Mining, Pulp and Paper, Pharmaceutical, Combined Cycle Power Generation, Simple Cycle Power Generation, Conventional Coal-Fired Power Generation, Solar Power Generation, Crude Upgrading, who worked on or off shore in the USA or abroad.

Primary Responsibility: Project Engineers exercise overall design management responsibility for the completion of assigned projects on time, under budget, in complete conformance with client plans, specifications and other contract documents and to the total satisfaction of the client.

Development of: Pre-commissioning cleaning services, engineering studies for major petrochemical, power and refining projects; this includes but is not limited to specification creation, specification review, determination of optimal cleaning methods, marking up P&IDís, choosing system boundaries, 3-D model review, and direct client interaction during development.

Design of: Specific commissioning cleaning activities including; high pressure and low pressure steam blows, high and low pressure air blows, chemical cleaning, oil flushing, pulse flushing and any other special flushing operation. These activities include compressible and incompressible fluid flow calculations and interpretation, heat transfer calculations, pump sizing, pipe stress and flexibility analysis interpretation and procedure preparation.

Secondary responsibility: Project Engineers may participate in sales presentations, prepare or assist in the preparation of project estimates, schedules, and value engineering proposals and complete or participate in such other pre-bid activities.

BS in: Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with at least 10 years of working experience.

Ability to analyze, compare and interpret facts and figures quickly.

Extensive mastery of:

MS Excel spreadsheets

Compressible and incompressible fluid flow

Thermodynamic properties of steam, heat and mass balances

Power plants of all types, refineries and crude upgraders, ethylene, polypropylene, ethylene glycol, methanol, sulfur and gas plants


Office based work conducted in typical office setting headquartered in Deer Park, Texas. Field portion of work conducted in power plants, refineries, petrochemical plants and any other industrial plant worldwide.
